If you don't know exactly how much space you require, we can provide you with an onsite inspection of the items you need to store & can advise you on what packing materials you are likely to need. We are available after normal business hours & weekends for site visits.

Some students have found it useful to email us a few pictures of what they require to be stored (even if they haven’t started packing up yet) & we can offer some help as to the number / type of boxes you may need.

We offer a selection of different sized boxes, plus packing tape & bubble wrap, for you to work out how best to pack your items.

So whenever you are ready to begin packing your items just contact us & we can arrange a convenient day/time to deliver boxes etc. to you.

We charge students a bit below our cost price for boxes & packing tape.

This ranges from about $3-$4 per box.

We provide free packing tape & labels.

We can also provide you for free up to 2 sqm bubble wrap to pack any fragile items.

If you don’t use some of the boxes we have provided we can just take them back at the time of collection – you will not be charged.

Note: No fees for packing materials are required to be paid until the time of collection.

Please also note: We try to offer students as many free recycled (near new) boxes as we can – although availability fluctuates throughout semester.

For own our scheduling arrangements, and as courtesy for other students who will be using our service, we aim to confirm your preferred collection date and time about 48 hours beforehand.

If you think you might need more time to pack, or have your items ready earlier than expected, and would like to discuss changing your collection date/time, just let us know – we can usually adjust late notifications – which we know can happen at the end of a busy semester.

We aim to provide you with as an accurate quote as possible of your estimated cost. We then

confirm the items you require Stored, and your cost, at the time of Collection.

At the time of Collection, we confirm the number and type of items you require stored and then finalise your cost in person before we transport your items.

Payment may be made by cash, Direct Debit, Credit Card or via Paypal (fee applies).

Our standard practice is that at the time of collection we request an initial payment for the collection fee and the first four weeks storage period. Payment arrangements for the remainder of your storage period are flexible, although we typically request payments to be made for every four weeks storage, we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Our representative can explain how payment can be made at the time of Collection, or please do not hesitate to contact us before your collection to confirm any details or enquiries you may have.

We come right to your room and collect your items. We call or text you when we arrive at your accommodation & request that you meet our representative & provide them access to your building / room.

Your items are then transported that same day to our secure storage warehouse located in Bibra Lake, a southern suburb of Perth.

Prior to your return we will confirm with you your arrival details & arrangements for the return of your items from storage.

If we haven’t been able to confirm these details, we request you advise as soon as possible (at least 72 hours’ notice) to ensure we can deliver your items as you get back to Perth.

Note: We realise that sometimes flights are delayed/postponed so just contact us at that time & we can rearrange return delivery.
